This has been an off/deload week for IBC but we will be kicking things in to high gear starting next week. I plan to follow (roughly) The Cube Method for the next 9 weeks leading in to a rest week the week before the USPF Nationals. I will vary off of Brandon Lilly's program mainly on the days the main lifts are performed (we will be following a Monday-Bench, Tuesday-Squat, Wednesday-Off, Thursday-Press/Bench, Friday-Deadlift).
Please plan on following the main lift schedule starting next week. You may do any program you like and I would also be happy to help you with program design if needed.
