What is it?A 4-week Fundamentals Class in which you will workout alongside other CrossFit beginners learning all of the basics that will help you progress safely into our regular classes. Participants will be taught proper form for barbell and body weight movements. This class is for all skill levels, including people with little or no prior lifting or CrossFit experience.

When is it?Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 p.m. beginning Monday, January 1st, 2018, and lasts for four weeks, concluding Thursday, January 25th, 2018.
How much is it?The cost for the New Year New Member Fundamental's Program is $165.00.

What, exactly, is the "challenge?"The challenge is simply attending each scheduled class time, a total of 12 classes. If you meet the challenge and attend all 12 classes you will receive $25 off your monthly membership for your first 3 months billing for February, March and April 2018.
