30 Minute Time Cap
100 Back Squats 135/95 Tabata

Squat for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds. Continue until you complete 100 back squats.  Bar must be taken from the floor; the intent is to keep the barbell on your back until the 100 squats are completed.
