Based off you 1RM back squats 10 x 3 @ 85% + 10 pounds ... Then: The Hell that is New Jersey 5 Minute AMRAP of 10 yard prowler sprints · Rest period of each sprint – as needed · Weight on Prowler – 205 (2- 45# plates) · Alternate between horns (vertical black posts) and highest low handle. With this Prowler challenge, you will sprint 10 yards with your hands on the horns and the sprint back 10 yards while your hands are on the highest low handle. You will rest as needed and start the dumbness again. Go for 5 minutes and you are scored on the total number of 10 yard lengths completed.
