Smolov Squat Cycle #5
Based off you 1RM back squats
4 x 9 @ 70% + 10 pounds

Then:

2 rounds of:
2 minutes of Burpees
2 minutes of Kettlebell Clean & Jerks 53/35
2 minutes of Toes to bar

In this workout you move continuously through each of three stations every 2 minutes. This is a six-minute round from which a two-minute break is allowed before repeating.  The total time for this workout is 14 minutes. Score by total reps
