With a running clock complete:
3 Rounds For Time: 10-Power Snatches 95/65# 10-HSPU *At the 10 minute mark complete: 3 Rounds For Time: 10-Thrusters 95/65# 10-Chest To Bar Pull Ups *At the 20 minute mark complete: 3 Rounds For Time: 10-Box Jumps 24/20" 10-Toes To Bar *Scoring note: in part 1 & 2 the reps not completed will be added in to the athlete's time as a 1 rep = 10 seconds Example: Athlete doesn't complete the last set of 10-HSPU of part 1, then they will have 1:40 added to their finishing time of the ENTIRE WOD, assuming they complete all of part 2 in the time limit. Athlete finishes before the time limit...enjoy the break. Rest WILL be counted in total time.
