3 rounds of 20 HR push-ups with 1 minute rest between rounds
~then rest 1 minute after 3rd round before~
3 rounds of 30 squats with 1 minute rest between rounds
~then rest 1 minute after 3rd round before~
3 rounds 40 double-unders with 1 minute rest between rounds
